    Default !!!!JamPlay Android App Test!!!!

You've been asking us for new apps for a long time, and we are entering the final stages of making that a reality. We are proud to announce the beta version of our Android app, "Guitar Lessons by JamPlay" is now available on the Google Play store for test. This version should be fully functional, however we wanted to give users an opportunity to find obscure bugs, or offer suggestions before we roll it out live.

Click here to install the Android version of Guitar Lessons by JamPlay.

First impressions are, impressive. FYI I'm using an LG V20 on andy 8.0 and an el cheapo deluxe best buy tablet on 7.0
The UI is slick and snappy - quick and smooth on both devices with no discernable differences. The videos load quickly and look great on both devices. PDFs load equally quick on the phone, the tablet is not your issue, it's a pos, but they open eventually.
The tab zoom works well. The tracks load quick and sound good, I only really use the tablet for practicing and playing with backtracks into a mixer into the pc - so this will be great to use while on cam in chat. I don't have guitar pro installed so I can't speak to that - yet.
I receive no results when I select Your Lessons from the upper-left icon menu and lessons under Progress do not offer a link to a full list of a series but that's early nitpicking or suggestion.
So far - Nice work to all - a much improved streamlined design - especially compared to the prior effort. Cheers.

Thank you very much for the feedback. I do really appreciate the feedback, even the small issues. The goal is to solve all of the small issues and have something truly user friendly. Time will tell how well we do.

I agree with slighter, the app runs very smooth, and I like the way it keeps in sync with the lesson on my web browser.

    Couple items to mention:

    - When I access a lesson via the "Progress" page, there doesn't seem to be a way to scroll through the course lessons. Sometimes I like to scroll back through the course list to review, or forward to see what's coming up in the course.
    - An interesting and minor issue; I have my touch vibration feature disabled on my phone, yet when I select an artist from the "Recently Added" list, my phone vibrates from the touch. It doesn't seem to happen once I'm in that artist's site. Nor does this seem to happen anywhere else in the app.

My phone specs: LG V30, Android version 9, August 1, 2019 security patch, Build PKQ1.190414.001, software version VS99630c

    So far so good!

Thanks for letting me test! I will post more concerns/suggestions as I explore the app.

    Larry
