I am also new and I would like to hear from others where I should begin.

I guess I have to get a different amp for the base. I really just need something for practice.
I am 57 and playing for my pleasure so it doesn't need to be fancy. I used my ME80 effects board and headphones and that's ok.

    Suggestions welcome.

    Hi OHTEE,

I am a rookie also, Alex Scott and John DeServio are pretty good. I have a long way to go am going to listen to all the instructors. I believe if a person wants to learn something, they can learn from anyone.

    Enjoy brother,

    Stick (Guy)
